Whose technology powers the analysis?+
The assessment is powered by clinically validated technology from our technology partner [Perfect Corp. — placeholder pending approval]. Aicona Labs builds the personalised guidance, education and longevity tracking on top of it.
What happens to my photo?+
Your image is processed to generate your results and is handled according to our privacy commitments. You give explicit consent before analysis, you can request deletion at any time, and we never sell personal data.
Do I need to buy anything?+
No. The assessment, your insights and the educational content are free. Product recommendations are optional and are only shown once we understand your skin.
Why do I need the app?+
The website gives you a first look at your skin. The app is where your profile lives — extended assessment, progress tracking over time, your routine and your AI Skin Coach.
How often should I reassess?+
Most skin attributes shift slowly. We suggest reassessing roughly every four weeks so that changes are meaningful rather than noise.
